Originally a 14th century toll-house at the entrance to the riverside village of Avoise, this unique property is now an ideal holiday home for those seeking a quiet and relaxing stay in this beautiful region.
Stone steps lead up to the entrance of the property (middle floor) and into the living and kitchen area. A spiral staircase leads up to the bedroom, shower and separate bathroom / WC on the top floor. The ground floor has a separate outer entrance and is currently used as a utility room (washing machine, dryer) and bike storage (two bicycles are provided).
The bedroom has ancient ceiling beams and is equipped with a comfortable double bed, bedside tables, cupboard, drawers and a washbasin. The shower and (separate) WC are en-suite.
