The apartment is self-contained with a private entrance from street-level and is up one flight of stairs.
You are a 2 minute walk away from the centre of Todi, but still far enough away to enjoy a quiet street.
The apartment has a complete dining area, kitchen, bedroom, and
bathroom (with bidet). The apartment is heated by a gas boiler
which also supplies never-ending hot water for your shower. In the
summer, the apartment remains cool and, if required, there is a
tower fan for additional comfort.
In the kitchen you will find a fridge, dishwasher, clothes washer,
gas cook top, oven, toaster, kettle, and a Lavazza coffee maker.
The kitchen is fully equipped for you to cook meals at home if you
do not wish to go out. We have hosted dinner for 6 at the dining
room table!
We have just added a desk to the apartment to allow for ‘working’
holidays. Use of our Broadband WiFi, an HP LaserJet Printer are
included. Also included is the use of a ‘smart’ TV, AppleTV, and a
Bose speaker.
