These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by salt house properties . By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You will receive detailed property notes prior to your arrival. These notes contain information about the property, the local town and surroundings. The detailed procedures for use of the house are contained in these notes.
An earlier check-in may be possible but must be requested to our Property Manager prior to your arrival.
The property is ready for check-in after 16:00 local time.
Checkout time is 10:00 on the day of departure so we may prepare the property for our next guests.
A later check-out is possible but must be requested to our Property Manager prior to your departure. Unfortunately, this cannot be guaranteed but we will do our best to accommodate your request.
At least one member of your group must be over 21 years old.
Guests must have their own personal insurance and agree that Salt House Properties is not responsible or injury
Please do not smoke in or on the property.
Please be mindful of our neighbours. Quiet hours are from 22.00 to 07.00 Monday through Sunday.
Detailed instructions with the address of the property and the location of the property keys and lock box code (if applicable) will be emailed to you a few days prior to your arrival.
