Terms and Condition

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by salt house properties . By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Your visit will be self-managed meaning that our property manager will only be available at an additional cost

You will receive detailed property notes prior to your arrival.
An earlier check-in may be possible but must be requested prior to your arrival.
The property is ready for check-in after 16:00 local time.
Please depart by 10:00 on the day of departure so we may prepare the property for our next guests.
A later check-out is possible but must be requested prior to your departure. Unfortunately, this cannot be guaranteed but we will do our best to accommodate your request.
At least one member of your group must be over 21 years old.
Guests must have their own personal insurance and agree that Salt House Properties are not responsible or injury
Please do not smoke in the property.
